

Aquamasters AMT 1023 EC Electrode (small pin) for H600 substrate & E300 Pro
This replaceable electrode is suitable for the H600 Pro Substrate, H600 Pro and E300 Pro.
With most conductivity meters, the electrode cannot be replaced because they generally do not break if properly maintained. However, due to aging, limescale, leakage in the electrode or cable breakage due to hardened plastic, the electrode can break. That is why the electrode on our meter is replaceable.

Replacing the electrode
- Detach the PIN connector of the old EC electrode from the meter.
- Connect the PIN connector of the new EC electrode to the meter.
- Calibrate the meter as described in this manual.
- The meter is now ready for use.
Warranty
Covered
- This device is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year. The electrode is warranted for six months.
- The warranty will be effective from the purchase date by the consumer. This warranty rule doesn’t apply to distributors, please contact your sales agent for more warranty details applied to distributors.
- Provide a proof of purchase (via receipt) when applying for the warranty.
- For warranty service, contact your purchase point.
- During the warranty period, the product will be repaired or replaced, if the defect is due to the state of materials and workmanship. during the time of purchase.
- After the repair of your product, the warranty will not be prolonged.
- If the same product isn’t available anymore, we will replace your product with a similar product.
Not covered
- For each product we have a troubleshooting warranty video available. In this video we provide more details on what isn’t covered by warranty for your purchased item.
- The product is obviously used and full of dirt and damage.
- Broken glassware and water damage outside of warranty.
- Damage and faults by inaccurate use of product and maintenance care.
- Damage by weather.
- Damage by use of parts from other brands than Aqua Master Tools.
- Damage by repairs done by other than Aqua Master Tools authorized dealers.
Shipping & Delivery Times
In principle, we deliver from stock. This means that your order will usually be shipped within 1-2 business days. If a product you ordered is unexpectedly out of stock, we will usually receive your products the next business day from our daily supplier. If the delivery time of (part of) your order deviates significantly from the stated delivery time, we will inform you and you will be given the opportunity to choose a suitable alternative or to cancel (part of) the order of the product in question and have your money refunded immediately.
Returns
Reflection period/returns
It may happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because you do not like the product or perhaps there is another reason why you do not want the order after all. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After 14 days, this right expires and returns are no longer possible, we do not make any exceptions for this.
After the return notification, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for your own account. These costs vary per package, depending on the weight and dimensions. Consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates. If you use your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to us with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and unopened packaging. To exercise this right, you can use our return policy. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.
If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than necessary to try the product, we can pass on this reduction in value of the product to you. Therefore, treat the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returning.

Returns will be accepted for up to 30 days of Customer’s receipt on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item, only in the case of:
– Received the wrong item.
– Item arrived not as expected (ie. damaged packaging).
– Item had defects.
– Over delivery time.
– The shipper does not allow the goods to be inspected before payment.
The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
