By using Agrawhool®, our product is almost 100% natural. The raw materials used are all new, so no recycled raw materials are processed in RFX-1 mix. This means that there is no contamination of diseases or mold from outside.
Agrawool® is a stone wool made with a natural binding agent (ecose), free of acetylates and formaldehydes. This makes a much more accessible substrate for the plant root compared to "normal" rock wool. Together with the correct ratio of foam, it ensures a good ratio of water and oxygen in the pot or container.
During the production process, the RFX-1 mix is impregnated with biological/bacteriological life. This ensures that the RFX-1 mix immediately behaves as a full-fledged substrate where the roots of the plant can develop properly.
Thanks to a smart packaging system, we are able to pack 3 bags of RFX-1 mix per box and can thus ensure that the RFX-1 mix reaches the customer in good condition.

RFX-1 mix is immediately ready for use and, if necessary, only needs to be moistened with water during/after using the plants.
Do not compress the RFX-1 mix in the pot.

The bags are filled with at least 80 liters.
Returns will be accepted for up to 30 days of Customer’s receipt on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item, only in the case of:
– Received the wrong item.
– Item arrived not as expected (ie. damaged packaging).
– Item had defects.
– Over delivery time.
– The shipper does not allow the goods to be inspected before payment.
The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
