The Hybrid Controller is a series of fan controls built on the basis of a transformer. This technology has the advantage that the connected fans can do their work very quietly. These controllers have a maximum of 5 control modes. The Hybrid controllers are available in 4, 8 and 16 Ampere variants. The PRO version of the Hybrid controller has an added light sensor to detect a dark period. During the dark period, extra extraction is performed to prevent too much moist air. The temperature, minimum and maximum fan speed of the Hybrid controllers can be set using rotary knobs.

How SMSCOM Hybrid controller works.
The SMSCOM Hybrid controller combines mechanical fan speed operation with the latest digital temperature sensing technology. The result is a completely silent, dual fan speed controller with highly accurate temperature control.
The hybrid controller has a 5m NTC temperature sensor, allowing the device to be placed in any suitable location.
The mechanical aspect guarantees a robust and heavy duty controller with completely silent fan speed operation. The built-in temperature control software provides faster response times, lower idle speeds and improved accuracy for the very best results from this type of controller.
The Hybrid Controller is very easy to operate. Just plug in your fans and place the probe in the room. Then set the lowest speed for both fans and the required temperature. The controller will now maintain your temperature by automatically adjusting the fans between the controller's lowest and highest settings.
Air humidity during night period:
With the additional program added to the software to remove excess moisture from the grow room during the lights off cycle.
When the lights in the grow room go out, the SMSCOM Hybrid Controller automatically switches to the night program that accelerates the fans 1 step every hour long enough to remove excess moisture from the room. When the lights come back on, the Hybrid Controller switches back to the main program. The night program with the humidity function can be activated at any time by placing the cap on the sensor, so the grower can choose to use this function at any stage of the growing cycle.

Shipping & Delivery Times
In principle, we deliver from stock. This means that your order will usually be shipped within 1-2 business days. If a product you ordered is unexpectedly out of stock, we will usually receive your products the next business day from our daily supplier. If the delivery time of (part of) your order deviates significantly from the stated delivery time, we will inform you and you will be given the opportunity to choose a suitable alternative or to cancel (part of) the order of the product in question and have your money refunded immediately.
Returns
Reflection period/returns
It may happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because you do not like the product or perhaps there is another reason why you do not want the order after all. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After 14 days, this right expires and returns are no longer possible, we do not make any exceptions for this.
After the return notification, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for your own account. These costs vary per package, depending on the weight and dimensions. Consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates. If you use your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to us with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and unopened packaging. To exercise this right, you can use our return policy. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.
If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than necessary to try the product, we can pass on this reduction in value of the product to you. Therefore, treat the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returning.

Returns will be accepted for up to 30 days of Customer’s receipt on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item, only in the case of:
– Received the wrong item.
– Item arrived not as expected (ie. damaged packaging).
– Item had defects.
– Over delivery time.
– The shipper does not allow the goods to be inspected before payment.
The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
