The strong base made of PP material is waterproof and easy to clean. A crystal clear transparent lid provides the best possible light and the 2 large ventilation sliders provide extra control over humidity and temperature. The waterproof inner container made of polypropylene (PP) material is highly chemically resistant and makes it possible to sow or take cuttings in all kinds of ways. This also makes cleaning very easy. The polypropylene (PP) material of the base box also makes it possible to use this growing box in combination with heating mats or ground heating cables, so that the growing box can be expanded at any time into a heated growing system. The lid is made of a crystal clear high impact polystyrene (HIPS), which combines the highest possible transparency with retention of its impact resistance and strength. The clear transparent lid is slightly curved and has a continuous edge into the growing container, so that dew drops from the lid do not fall directly onto the container. seeds and/or cuttings fall, but slide back into the inner container of the cultivation container via the walls. A well-closing lid even makes growing under "tensed air" possible. Shipping & Delivery Times
In principle, we deliver from stock. This means that your order will usually be shipped within 1-2 business days. If a product you ordered is unexpectedly out of stock, we will usually receive your products the next business day from our daily supplier. If the delivery time of (part of) your order deviates significantly from the stated delivery time, we will inform you and you will be given the opportunity to choose a suitable alternative or to cancel (part of) the order of the product in question and have your money refunded immediately.
Returns
Reflection period/returns
It may happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because you do not like the product or perhaps there is another reason why you do not want the order after all. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After 14 days, this right expires and returns are no longer possible, we do not make any exceptions for this.
After the return notification, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for your own account. These costs vary per package, depending on the weight and dimensions. Consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates. If you use your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to us with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and unopened packaging. To exercise this right, you can use our return policy. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.
If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than necessary to try the product, we can pass on this reduction in value of the product to you. Therefore, treat the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returning.

Returns will be accepted for up to 30 days of Customer’s receipt on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item, only in the case of:
– Received the wrong item.
– Item arrived not as expected (ie. damaged packaging).
– Item had defects.
– Over delivery time.
– The shipper does not allow the goods to be inspected before payment.
The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
