TechGrow Temp/ RH sensor 5mtr.

The TechGrow Temp/RH Sensor can simultaneously measure temperature and humidity (RH) in your room, and detect light. The built-in precision sensor and the smart housing design guarantee perfect measurement. Values are clearly displayed in the controller’s display.

The Temp/RH sensor is able to measure temperature and relative humidity (RH) in real time, as well as detect light. This allows you use it for climate control, humidity control as well as to allow for automatic switching between day and night mode.

The Temp/RH Sensor is compatible with a range of Techgrow devices. Depending on the Techgrow Controller you are using, the sensor can control temperature and/or humidity.

Shipping & Delivery Times


In principle, we deliver from stock. This means that your order will usually be shipped within 1-2 business days. If a product you ordered is unexpectedly out of stock, we will usually receive your products the next business day from our daily supplier. If the delivery time of (part of) your order deviates significantly from the stated delivery time, we will inform you and you will be given the opportunity to choose a suitable alternative or to cancel (part of) the order of the product in question and have your money refunded immediately.

 

Returns
Reflection period/returns

It may happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because you do not like the product or perhaps there is another reason why you do not want the order after all. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After 14 days, this right expires and returns are no longer possible, we do not make any exceptions for this.

After the return notification, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for your own account. These costs vary per package, depending on the weight and dimensions. Consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates. If you use your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to us with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and unopened packaging. To exercise this right, you can use our return policy. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than necessary to try the product, we can pass on this reduction in value of the product to you. Therefore, treat the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returning.

Returns will be accepted for up to 30 days of Customer’s receipt on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item, only in the case of:

– Received the wrong item.
– Item arrived not as expected (ie. damaged packaging).
– Item had defects.
– Over delivery time.
– The shipper does not allow the goods to be inspected before payment.

The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
