Carbon filter is a metal cylinder filled with active carbon. Carbon has the property of absorbing odors.
The scent of the plant passes through the carbon layer and comes out odorless. The extractor sucks the warm, odorless air outside.
A good carbon filter is very important for indoor cultivation. Since the active carbon particles decrease in effect over time, it is recommended to replace a filter after 3 harvests.
