NARCOS Cocos Mix is an RHP certified growing medium, composed of high-quality raw materials.
NARCOS Cocos Mix is made from coconut fibers and coconut peat that are extracted from the bark of the coconut palm. This premium growing medium consists of RHP certified raw materials that have been rinsed and buffered. This way you start with the perfect basis for your crop.
An important part of NARCOS Cocos Mix is the unique addition of a small amount of RHP certified peat moss. This addition will make your crop start to grow even faster. NARCOS Cocos Mix is a premium growing medium with a stable pH value.
It is composed of natural products so that you can reuse this product as a soil improver in your garden. To give your crop the best start, NARCOS Cocos Mix contains various balanced fertilizers that are available for your crop immediately after planting. NARCOS Cocos Mix has an ideal ratio between water and air. This is very important for perfect root growth and flowering. NARCOS Cocos Mix can absorb large amounts of water in a short time, but due to its structure it is not too wet. Excess water easily drains from the growing medium. For the best end result, do not mix this product with other materials.

Shipping & Delivery Times
In principle, we deliver from stock. This means that your order will usually be shipped within 1-2 business days. If a product you ordered is unexpectedly out of stock, we will usually receive your products the next business day from our daily supplier. If the delivery time of (part of) your order deviates significantly from the stated delivery time, we will inform you and you will be given the opportunity to choose a suitable alternative or to cancel (part of) the order of the product in question and have your money refunded immediately.
Returns
Reflection period/returns
It may happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because you do not like the product or perhaps there is another reason why you do not want the order after all. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After 14 days, this right expires and returns are no longer possible, we do not make any exceptions for this.
After the return notification, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for your own account. These costs vary per package, depending on the weight and dimensions. Consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates. If you use your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to us with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and unopened packaging. To exercise this right, you can use our return policy. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.
If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than necessary to try the product, we can pass on this reduction in value of the product to you. Therefore, treat the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returning.

Returns will be accepted for up to 30 days of Customer’s receipt on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item, only in the case of:
– Received the wrong item.
– Item arrived not as expected (ie. damaged packaging).
– Item had defects.
– Over delivery time.
– The shipper does not allow the goods to be inspected before payment.
The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
