We advise you to first make your complaints known to us by emailing customer service info@growshopp.com If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur at https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil. It is also possible to register complaints via the European ODR platform (http://ec.europa.eu/odr).
